Zack Snyder has taken to Twitter to tease the first sneak peek at his cut of Justice League which is coming to HBO Max in the not-so-distant future.
When it was announced that Zack Snyder’s Justice League would be coming to HBO Max, people lost their respective minds.
This was something that fans of the DC Comics movies have wanted to see ever since the theatrical version of the movie was released.
It was pretty well documented that the movie we got wasn’t the movie Zack Snyder wanted to make.
He left the project supposedly to spend time with his family after the tragic death of his daughter.
Joss Whedon was then brought in to finish the movie, yet it’s believed that Warner Bros. Pictures actually brought the Avengers‘ director in to “fix” the movie.
What we got was a horrible mess of a comic book movie.
I would put Justice League on par with Suicide Squad and Green Lantern as one of the worst comic book movies ever made.

Anyway, Zack Snyder has now taken to Twitter to give us our first sneak peek at his upcoming cut of Justice League.
This sneak peek consisted of Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman looking at a painting of whom I assume to be Darkseid.
We then get a rather ominous sounding voice-over from Jesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor revealing that the bell’s already been rung and “they’ve heard it”.
The voice-over finishes by saying: “Ding dong, the God is dead”.
This could be in reference to Superman being dead, because I don’t think Darkseid’s forces would be celebrating their leader’s death.
Superman is often referred to a God, and even in Joss Whedon’s cut of the movie, a big part of why Darkseid and Steppenwolf opted to attack Earth now was because Superman was no longer protecting it.
