Zack Snyder Says His Justice League Has 2.5 Hours Of New Footage

Zack Snyder revealed during a live stream he did recently that his Justice League cut on HBO Max will feature two and a half hours of new footage. This ties in with our exclusive article from a few weeks ago saying that his Justice League cut would include 70% of never-before-seen footage.

Snyder’s been talking A LOT about his Justice League cut, which is to be expected. He’s been doing a number of interviews with some of the biggest voices of the Snyder Cut movement. They’re the reason why this movie is coming out, so it’s nice of him to take the time to talk to them.

It’s been interesting to see him talk directly to the fans as opposed to doing interviews with the big trades such as The Hollywood Reporter, Variety or Deadline. Anyway, he did a live stream on Vero, and during that stream in which he was discussing the new trailer for this HBO Max epic Justice League event, he revealed that there will be two and a half hours of new footage in his movie.

Here’s what Screen Rant wrote about Zack Snyder revealing there would be two and a half hours of new footage in his Justice League:

The director said there will be two and a half hours of new footage in his version of the DC movie. He didn’t go into any specifics about the new footage, but Snyder previously said he won’t be using any footage from Whedon’s Justice League reshoots.

So, yes. This Justice League movie will be a completely different film from the one that was released in cinemas. That can only be a good thing because that film was absolute rubbish. Hopefully, this one will be a lot better and more in keeping with the rest of the DCEU.
