Wonder Wonder 1984’s Recent Test Screenings Reportedly Didn’t Go Down Very Well

Wonder Woman 1984 is the next movie coming out in the DCEU, and I cannot wait to see what Gal Gadot and Patty Jenkins do with the character next.

A lot’s been written about what’s going to happen in the movie. There was actually a huge plot leak for Wonder Woman 1984 which basically gives away the whole film after Warner Bros. Pictures held two test screenings of the movie.

I’m not going to go into any spoilers for the movie here, because that’s not fair (and I already did that in another article), but I will highlight the fact that it was reported that the audience didn’t react all that well to the movie.

According to Cosmic Book News, there were two test screenings of the upcoming DC Comics movie, and audience members were stunned by what they were watching, and not in a good way.

Audience members called the movie “wacky”, “clumsy” and one person even reportedly called the movie, “messed up”.

This Wonder Woman 1984 plot was leaked on Reddit, so please, take this with a massive pinch of salt.

However, it does sound as if the test screenings did happen, and it also sounds as if the plot details are legitimate.

I’m hoping that it all turns out to be ‘fake news’ because I want to go into the movie and love every minute of Wonder Woman 1984.

I love the first film, yet I did find the ending to be rather formulaic, and it certainly sounds as if the sequel is everything but formulaic.
