The podcast has been described as a psychological thriller that will delve deep into the mind of Bruce Wayne/Batman.

The logline for the podcast reads:

“When audiences meet Bruce Wayne he is a forensic pathologist, working in the bowels of Gotham Hospital and tasked with examining the victims of The Harvester, a gruesome serial killer preying on Gotham’s citizens.

The series will be written by Eric Carrasco, Saladin Ahmed and Rebecca Klingel, who will also serve as executive producers.

Additionally, Goyer will executive produce alongside Keith Levine and Gracie Wheelan for Phantom Four; as well as Liz Gateley and Elena Blekhter for Spotify.

The series will also feature some of Batman’s most iconic villains, but no word as of yet, as to which villains will appear or who will voice them.

The podcast is the first of many podcasts that is expected to be released as part of an exclusive deal that was struck by Spotify and DC last year.

Future DC characters that are set to get their own  series include Wonder Woman, Lois Lane, Catwoman, Riddler and Batgirl.
