It’s been revealed that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are going to discuss the Chris Rock Oscar slap during the next episode of Red Table Talk.
Red Table Talk is Jada Pinkett Smith’s podcast she hosts which you can go and watch over on Facebook.

This all comes after Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars for a joke he made at his wife’s expense.
It’s being reported that Will Smith has turned down offers to do interviews with several media outlets, including Good Morning America and The Today Show.
Sources told Radar Online that the recent Academy Award-winner declined to speak with reporters at the Oscar after-parties and has agreed to address the situation on his wife’s talk show instead.

Will Smith did apologise via Instagram to Chris Rock for having slapped him at the Oscars.
“Violence in all of its forms is poisonous and destructive. My behavior at last night’s Academy Awards was unacceptable and inexcusable,” Smith admitted in his apology.
“Jokes at my expense are a part of the job, but a joke about Jada’s medical condition was too much for me to bear and I reacted emotionally.”

It’ll be really interesting to hear Will and Jada talk about the whole ordeal and we’ll hopefully also understand what was really going on underneath the surface.
Smith ended up winning the Best Actor award on the night for his performance in King Richard.
He’s been trying to get that award for quite some time now, but it must have been a bittersweet moment for the actor after the Rock slap.
