What If…?’s director, Bryan Andrews has revealed that he would love to see Captain Carter get her own MCU movie at some point in the future.
Agent Carter, aka Peggy Carter played a rather important part at the very beginning of the MCU.
She was brilliantly played by Hayley Atwell and was more than just a love interest for Steve Rogers.
However, she was rather short-changed after the movie and even though she got her own spinoff show, it was cancelled far too soon.
Agent Carter was one of the better Marvel TV shows and I and many others believe that Hayley Atwell deserved more time with the role.
Well, she kind of got her chance in the first episode of What If…? in which she ended up becoming Captain Carter.
That was due to just one decision she made which resulted in her being given the super-soldier serum rather than Steve Rogers.
It was a great moment and she ended up being incredibly badass as Captain Carter.

Well, the show’s director would love to see Carter get her own movie in the MCU.
Here’s what he had to say on the matter during his interview with The Hollywood Reporter:
I know A.C. Bradley and I feel totally the same in this, and while we don’t know if this is necessarily going to happen, it would be amazing if they would just do a Captain Carter movie. Just get Hayley Atwell in the suit, give her her own franchise and just have her blow doors like hells to the yeah.
