Tom Holland has revealed that the Uncharted movie in which he will star as Nathan Drake has started filming, which means it should come out on time.
We’ve been waiting for this upcoming Uncharted film for what seems like ages now.
It’s been in and out of development for a while now.
It was first revealed that Mark Wahlberg was going to be playing Drake.
However, Tom Holland is now playing the treasure hunter and Wahlberg is going to be playing his mentor, Sully.
Holland took to Instagram today to reveal that the movie has started filming.

The film is being directed by Ruben Fleischer who helmed Zombieland and the recent Venom movie.
He’s a pretty solid director and I’m looking forward to seeing what he does with this movie.
Holland also recently told fans that he thinks they’ve found a way to break that video game movie curse.
Hopefully, Uncharted will be the first movie which is based on a video game to be genuinely good.
Fingers crossed they succeed, and honestly, if any game were to make a good movie, it would be Uncharted.
The video games are already like playing through a good Indiana Jones film.
