It’s incredibly rare to see a series get a perfect score from critics. There’s usually at least one critic that files a negative review. However, as of wiring this article, not one critic has given The Queen’s Gambit a negative review.

This comes after Stephen King took to Twitter to reveal that The Queen’s Gambit is his favourite show of 2020 so far. Here’s what King had to say about the series:

I’ve watched a lot of TV during this cursed year–I know I’m not alone–and the best of the best is THE QUEEN’S GAMBIT, on Netflix. Utterly thrilling. I thought nothing would beat THE TRIAL OF THE CHICAGO SEVEN, but this does.
