As reported by Digital Spy, Bella Ramsey, who portrayed Ellie with such ferocity and vulnerability in the first season, has hinted at her return in Season 2. I’m really excited to see where Ellie’s story goes next. I think there’s a lot more to explore with her character.

As for the show’s executive producer, Craig Mazin, he remained tight-lipped when asked about the cast in a Washington Post interview. However, he did hint that some familiar faces might be returning alongside new characters to keep things fresh, saying:
