The Flash Season 6 has been put on hiatus by The CW and there are many fans out there – myself included – who would like to know when it’ll come back.
This whole Coronavirus situation has been very scary indeed, and I know that things like TV shows and movies aren’t the priority right now.
We have a virus sweeping across the globe which is killing people, and stuff like when will the next episode of The Flash air isn’t that important.
That said, it’s nice to think about other stuff during these rather worrying times, and I was thinking about when it would return to The CW.
The network’s been running reruns of the show during this period.

So, we’ve already established that the Coronavirus pandemic is the reason why The Flash has been put on hiatus.
However, it’s not the only of The CW’s shows to be put on an impromptu break.
DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl and Batwoman are all also on a break during this time.
The real reason is because they can’t work on new episodes because everybody’s been sent home.
These shows tend to cut it very close and they’re working on post-production until the very last second.
With the current situation the way it is, they can’t work on these shows as quickly as they’re used to.

This is the real reason why these shows aren’t airing any new episodes on The CW.
They can’t edit and work on the new episodes as they usually do, which is why they’ve all been put on hold.
That’s fair enough. People need more time to work on things now that we’re all working from home.
This includes TV shows and even movies.
Hopefully, things will end up going back to some kind of normality.
However, I’m not sure if things will be the same ever again after this pandemic.

The next episode of The Flash Season 6 will be episode 16, called So Long and Goodnight.
This new episode will air on Tuesday, February 21st on The CW in the US.
It’ll air 8 pm and this is the episode’s official synopsis:
After Black Hole hires Rag Doll (guest star Troy James) to kill Joe (Jesse L. Martin), Singh (guest star Patrick Sabongui) suggests he go into Witness Protection but Joe refuses to stop investigating Carver (guest star Eric Nenninger). While investigating Carver with Cisco (Carlos Valdes), Ralph (Hartley Sawyer) runs into Sue (guest star Natalie Dreyfuss). Iris (Candice Patton) becomes suspicious of Eva (guest star Efrat Dor).
Sounds like it’s going to be a good episode and I for one cannot wait to watch it.
