We’re all getting very very excited about the upcoming DC Comics movie, The Batman, which will be directed by Matt Reeves, and we have some new news about R-Pats’ Batsuit.
Now, we already heard that Robert Pattinson’s Batman will feature a blue and grey Batsuit, which is pretty old school.
We’ve now just had even more information about how the movie’s Batman will look in Matt Reeves’ The Batman which really has us excited to see this movie.
First off, let me tell you that I’m a huge Batman fan. I have been since I was very very young (probably too young), but he’s been a character I’ve grown up with and have been fascinated with for as long as I can remember.
Then I read the graphic novel The Long Halloween and my fascination with the DC Comics character hit new levels and I just wanted to consume more and more Batman content.
The Long Halloween is easily my favourite Batman comic. It’s the one comic which truly shows Batman as the world’s greatest detective, and it uses his incredible rogues’ gallery better than any other Batman story.
Robert Pattinson’s Batsuit might be like Batman’s in The Long Halloween

I love the fact that this upcoming Batman movie will take inspiration from Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale’s work. I was even more pleased to hear that they’re going to adapt Batman’s Batsuit from the comic book.
This news does come from We Got This Covered, so it might end up being a load of nonsense, but I hope it does turn out to be true because we need something different from this Batman movie.
The Batsuit in The Long Halloween is darker than the ones that came before it. It’s grey and dark blue, but it does still have the yellow belt.
He has a big black Batman logo on his chest and a dark blue cowl with a dark blue cape attached.
It’s an iconic design and one which I think needs to come back and be brought to life on the big screen.
