Spider-Man 3 Could See Aunt May Get A Bigger Role

Marisa Tomei has revealed that she’s got high hopes that her character, Aunt May, could get a much bigger role in the upcoming Spider-Man 3.

Tomei’s take on the character has been one of the most interesting ones we’ve ever seen in the movies.

She’s been given a little bit to do in the previous movies, however, it would be nice to see May’s role be expanded in the next movies.

Her and Peter Parker’s relationship is a really sweet one and I liked the fact they hinted at a bit of a romance between Aunt May and Happy.

That would be really fun to see develop in the next movie.

Yet, I would also like to see her do more interesting stuff in the upcoming Spider-Man movies.

Maybe give her a Spidey suit. That would be really fun.

Here’s what Marisa Tomei told Screen Rant about her role in the upcoming Spider-Man movie:

Well, I’ve had her – [director] Jon Watts and I always talked about her being a community organizer. And hopefully, that track will expand and be part of this one, as well.

Honestly, Marisa Tomei’s version of Aunt May is the most interesting.

She really does deserve more screen time moving forward.

Hopefully, Jon Watts and Marvel will give her more to do in the next movie.
