It’s been revealed that Netflix still hasn’t picked up Space Force Season 2 yet even though the new series was very popular on their streaming platform.
It seems as though a lot of people have been watching Space Force Season 1 on Netflix during this rather strange period we’re living in right now.
If you look at what’s been popular on the streaming platform here in the UK Space Force is in second position.
It’s right behind Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich, which isn’t a surprise given how popular that docuseries has proven to be.
The fact that Space Force is doing so well would make you think that Netflix wouldn’t waste any time in greenlighting a second season.

However, according to the show’s creator and the creator of The Office and Parks and Recreation Greg Daniels Netflix hasn’t order Season 2 yet.
Here’s what Daniels told Collider in a recent interview about Space Force Season 2:
We’re certainly hoping for a few more seasons, and we have started to assemble the senior writers to discuss what would happen next year. We don’t have the pickup yet, but yeah. There’s a lot to follow up on based on where we ended.
Hopefully, they’ll end up giving the go-ahead to Season 2.
