Simu Liu Wants Shang-Chi In Marvel’s What If…?

Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings’ Simu Liu has revealed that he’d love his MCU character to be in What If…? which he should be!

Simu Liu revealed this during a recent interview on ComicBook’s Phase Zero podcast.

During the interview, they started chatting about Marvel’s new animated series that’s airing on Disney Plus, What If…?.

The series has really got Marvel fans pretty excited.

It’s a really fun and interesting series, and the last episode introduced Marvel Zombies, which was really cool.

It seems as though Simu Liu wants to join the party and be part of the action.

What If…?, I think What If…?. I mean, that’s the one place to go to be free of any sort of expectation, any sort of audience preconceived notions. I think you go to What If…? and literally anything is possible, like a multiverse where Shang runs a Marvel blog and you just follow him as he sleuths around in and around the offices and tries to get the inside scoop on all the heroes. It’ll be like Gossip Girl, but it’ll be Shang. You know what I mean?

Honestly, I think it’s only a matter of time before Shang-Chi ends up in What If…?.
