The Russo Brothers have teased that Chris Hemsworth’s character in Extraction, Tyler Rake, could be coming to Fortnite in the future, which would be cool.
I watched Extraction last night and I have to say that I was pretty impressed by the Netflix movie.
It stars Chris Hemsworth as Tyler Rake, a mercenary tasked with going to Dhaka and saving a drug lord’s boy who’s been kidnapped.
The movie’s directed by Sam Hargrave and was written by Joe Russo and produced by he and his brother Anthony Russo.
They’ve been talking about the movie extensively on Twitter.
This was when a Donald Mustard, Epic Games’ creative director (the studio that makes Fortnite) asked whether Rake should be brought into the popular game.
Mustard wrote: “Hey Joe. Maybe we should put Rake in Fortnite and find out.”

That was when the Russo Brothers replied: “Hells yeah.”
So, basically, this means it’s only a matter of time before we get to play as Tyler Rake in Fortnite.
Rake would be an excellent character in the game and I’m pretty sure loads of people would be interested in playing as the character.
There have been plenty of pop culture characters who’ve made it into the game.
Deadpool, Thanos, Batman, just to name a few – have all made their way into Fortnite already.
