There are rumours that the PS5 version of the upcoming horror game, Resident Evil Village, has some pretty serious issues.
This rumour comes from AestheticGamer on Twitter who’s pretty good at leaking this sort of stuff.
He has a pretty good track-record, so I am inclined to believe him on this one.
Anyway, he’s claiming that Resident Evil Village is having a lot of issues.
He said via Twitter that they are having issues with the game on PC and Xbox X.
However, apparently they are really affecting the PlayStation 5 version of the game.
According to him, the reason for these issues on next-gen consoles has to do with the added graphics and extra features.

This means that in order to get the game working on next-gen consoles, and in particular PS5, they might end up dialing back on graphics and added features.
That would be a huge shame because it seems as though this game is going to look and feel amazing on next-gen consoles.
There’s a real possiblity that they might end up delaying the game in order to make sure eveything is working smoothly.
Personally, I would rather they do that than release a poor version of the game on next-gen consoles.
As Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto once said: “A delayed game is eventually good, a bad game is bad forever”.
