It seems as though there is hope that Ray Fisher could return as Cyborg in the upcoming The Flash movie, which is great news!
This news comes after Ray Fisher did an interview with Empire Magazine.
In that interview, Fisher revealed that there’s a possibility of him returning as Cyborg in Andy Mushietti’s movie.
Here’s what Ray Fisher said in the interview that gave all us Cyborg fans hope that we might get to see him play the role again:
Andy seems to have his head on straight and understood these characters by making it about the relationship more than just a display of superpowers.
Fisher then went on to add:
We were on the same page about that, and it’ll be a bummer if there is no way to resolve the issue.
Ray Fisher might not be done playing Cyborg after all

Now, this isn’t Fisher revealing that he is going to be in the movie.
However, what it does prove is that Ray Fisher and Andy Mushietti seem to see eye-to-eye on things, which is good news.
It was revealed recently that the film has already gone into production, however, they could still work out a way to have Fisher’s Cyborg return in the movie.
It does seem as though things are still pretty loose as far as the movie’s script is concerned.
We’ll have to wait and see what happened.
What we do know is that Walter Hamada did offer Fisher a small “cameo” in the movie, even though the role was originally billed as being one of the film’s main characters.
