Wow!! This is excellent news. I’ve been hoping that someone would take up the Stargate Franchise and bring back to life. It was a real downer when they ended Stargate: Universe in the way it ended with so many unfinished bits. I’m really looking forward to Stargate’s return, in whatever manner Amazon brings it to us.

I think it would be a great idea to continue SGU. I really didn’t like the way, or really, the fact it ended when it did. I believe it left it open for a continuation. I hope, if this happens, many of the old regulars will return. Another thought would be for the 3 shows to continually inter-mingle. Interesting though.
I always thought it was one of the best written shows on TV. Mixing History & Fantasy with just enough facts to make it believable. I really miss all 3.
I hope they somehow manage some kind of continuation of the original series with a mix of old and new cast. Fans want to see what we have missed for years and it isn’t just a ring of blue shimmer, it’s the characters as well as adventures.

Because the charm of the movie is that it takes generations to reach the stars in a galaxy far, far away where the fastest spaceship takes generations. The movie was able to design the aliens without limitations. The reboot took old enemies and evolved them into new ones. or have a more complex storyline In the end, it still feels the same as when Batman was born all the time.

Bring back stargate universe. They all went in to a deep sleep to cross the expanse from galaxy to galaxy and its def got the most potential for amazing story lines and the 1 all SG fans want to hear more from
Anything in the direction or next stages of SG-1 or Atlantis would be amazing… SG universe may have left me hanging after 2 seasons, seriously that series was long and dry….They can all stay in stasis for all im concerned. Would be awesome to see some cameos from macgyver, telc, sam, daniel jackson, roman, the wraith, and other fav’s from the 2 series. Nice to hear SOMETHING is being worked on, finally 12 years later!
