Disney‘s Predator prequel film has a new title, and now we have a confirmed release date.
This is according to Deadline, who reported that during Disney Plus Day, the film has changed its title to Prey.
It was originally set to be titled Skulls.

Prey will follow Naru, an indigenous woman, played by Amber Midthunder, who seeks to: “prove her worth as a warrior,” and “certainly gets her chance when she comes face to face with the most dangerous hunter of all, the other-worldly predator.”
The film will stream on Disney+ sister site Hulu in the US, and on Disney Plus Star in international markets.
10 Cloverfield Lane’s Dan Trachtenberg is in the director’s chair, with a script from Patrick Aison.
It’s unlikely that we’ll get a trailer today.
That being said, we can’t wait to see the first footage of the film
It’s set to arrive at during the summer of 2022.
