The trailer opens with Rake waking up in a hospital bed, recovering from the injuries he sustained in the first film. He is soon recruited for another dangerous mission: to rescue the son of a Georgian gangster who has been kidnapped by a rival gang. Rake travels to Tbilisi, Georgia, to carry out the rescue, but he quickly finds himself in over his head.
