Moon Knight Rumoured To Fight Luke Cage In Upcoming Disney Plus Series

It’s being rumoured that Moon Knight could be fighting Luke Cage in the upcoming Disney Plus series. This rumour comes to us via Mikey Sutton over at Geekosity, and he tends to be pretty much spot on with his scoops.

Now, it was revealed a few months back that Oscar Isaac had been cast as Moon Knight, which was really exciting news. We then heard that Ethan Hawke would be playing the show’s main villain.

Already that’s a cast I’m really excited to see in action. We’re now hearing that Marvel Studios is planning on adding Luke Cage into the mix, which I am all for!

Here’s what Mikey Sutton had to say about Luke Cage fighting Moon Knight in the upcoming Disney Plus series:

Moon Knight will be joining the Avengers. According to insiders, Moon Knight is set to be an integral part of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. And he’ll fight Luke Cage.

Now, this news is very exciting for me personally, and I’m sure any fans of the Luke Cage Netflix Marvel series will also be really happy to hear this news. It basically means that Michael Colter could be returning as Luke Cage in the MCU, and I think that’s what they’ll have to do.

Marvel Studios has to bring the actor back because he’s perfect for the role, and I think he would work really well alongside someone like Oscar Isaac as Moon Knight.
