Money Heist Season 3 ended on a pretty huge cliffhanger and fans of the show – myself included – are desperate to know what will happen in Season 4.
Before I say anything, I want to make it perfectly clear that there are SPOILERS in this article for Money Heist Season 3.
OK, you’ve been warned.
The first thing that fans of the Netflix hit, Money Heist will want to know is what is going to happen to Nairobi (played by Alba Flores).
If you’ve watched the nail-biting finale of Money Heist Season 3, also referred to as La Casa De Papel Part 3, then you’ll know that Nairobi was shot by a sniper.
She ends the season on the ground bleeding out whilst being held by Helsinki (Darko Perić), who has to go down as one of the show’s best characters.
Nairobi and Helsinki are the show’s best characters and I’ll be really pissed if they do kill her off.
That said, it really doesn’t look good for Nairobi. Not many people can survive a sniper shot to the chest and she’s lost a lot of blood.

If she were to die, which I think might happen, then it’ll give the rest of the bank robbers a proper motive to really take it to the police.
The final season promises to be all-out war between the robbers and the police.
The police seem to be playing a very dangerous game.
The other huge thing to happen in what was an incredible finale was the faked assassination of Lisbon.
The police knew The Professor would be listening through Lisbon’s mic, and he’d hear the shots.
Of course, after hearing what he thought happened, The Professor revealed that it was now war, and he ordered the bank robbers to proceed with a rather drastic plan.
They took two bazookas and blew up a tank which was about to ram through the doors of the Bank of Spain.
This means that Season 4 will basically be a war epic between the two groups.
Incidentally, it looks like the hostages may be caught in the crossfire.
It’s going to be pretty far from what we’ve seen before in the show.
Will it be all part of a bigger plan?

Usually, Money Heist has been high adrenaline and high intensity.
Yet, it always turned out that The Professor had a plan on top of another plan.
However, I don’t think this will be the case in Money Heist Season 4.
The Professor, distraught by the loss of his one true love, Lisbon, will start to become erratic in his decision making.
He’ll put everybody’s life in danger in order to get back at the police for murdering Lisbon.
Yet, I might be wrong. Maybe this is all part of the plan. Perhaps, The Professor is playing an even longer game than we thought?
That could be very interesting if it does prove to the case.
As far as who’ll return in Money Heist Season 4, the same cast as Season 3 will be back.
Úrsula Corberó, Itziar Ituño, Álvaro Morte, Pedro Alonso, Alba Flores, Miguel Herrán, Jaime Lorente, Esther Acebo, Enrique Arce, Darko Perić, Rodrigo de la Serna and Najwa Nimri will all be returning for Season 4.
Money Heist Season 4 will be hitting Netflix on April 3rd, 2020.
Therefore, it’s not too long to wait until we know what’s going to happen to Nairobi and Lisbon.

Both characters are in very tight spots, and it’s not looking too good for either of them.
One reason why people seem to think that Nairobi will survive her gun wound is because she was in the trailer for Season 4.
However, the trailer itself was just a clip with all the actors’ faces and she was the last one.
This could mean a whole load of different things.
Yes, she could be returning. However, it could also be a goodbye to Nairobi.
I do think she’s going to be in the final season, yet I reckon it’ll be in flashback sequences.
She’ll certainly be present during the gang’s planning meetings with The Professor.
