If you remember, there was a Henry Cavill James Bond trailer that was made a few weeks back. This trailer was made by the same people who made this new Millie Bobby Brown Elm Street one,
These trailers are a combination of footage from other movies and TV shows that the actors have been in and some shots that have been generated by AI.

Interestingly enough, in some scenes in this trailer, the people managed, by using what I only assume is AI deepfake technology, to put Millie Bobby Brown’s face over Rooney Mara’s.
Mara played Nancy Thompson in the most recent Nightmare On Elm Street movie. We can also see scenes taken from Damsel, Godzilla V Kong and, of course, Stranger Things.

Should they opt to make a reboot of the Nightmare On Elm Street franchise, I would love for them to bring Robert Englund back to play Freddy Krueger.
Interestingly enough, there is a link between Brown and Englund. The iconic Freddy Krueger actor was in Stranger Things Season 4. He played Henry Creel’s father, Victor Creel, in some incredibly memorable scenes.
However, Englund has revealed he won’t don Krueger’s iconic claws again. As far as he’s concerned, his time playing the horror character has come to an end.

This would mean that should they opt to reboot the franchise, they would have to recast Freddy Krueger. That said, it wouldn’t be the first time they have done something like this.
Jackie Early Hayley played the role in the 2010 reboot of the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise. I actually thought that he was outstanding in the movie, but the film didn’t match his performance.
So, the likelihood of watching a new film in the brilliant horror franchise is relatively small. That said, Millie Bobby Brown would be great casting for the movie’s final girl.
