So, Michael Sheen is the new name that has emerged pretty slowly as one of the frontrunners to become the next Time Lord. According to Ladbrokes, his odds of replacing Jodie Whittaker as the Doctor in Doctor Who have been slashed from 20/1 to just 12/1 in the last few days.
Sheen is now the fourth favourite to be cast in the role, behind Kris, Michaela and Richard. Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Michael Sheen might just be the perfect replacement for Jodie Whittaker and plenty of punters reckon he may well get the nod.”
