Here’s what Mickey Sutton over at Geekostiy had to said about Jordan possibly returning to Black Panther 2:
Michael B. Jordan could be the next Black Panther, but just not T’Challa. As the script for Black Panther 2 continues to be written, plans for the sequel are still evolving after the sudden passing of star Chadwick Boseman on August 28, 2020 from colon cancer.
The fact that Killmonger died in Black Panther might be a bit of an issue in bringing him back. However, characters do have a tendency of returning from the dead in the MCU, so there’s always the possibility of Jordan returning as Killmonger.
