It’s being rumoured that the MCU’s version of Daredevil will most be a reboot of the character, who’ll still be played by Charlie Cox. This rumour comes to us from Daniel Richtman’s Patreon page.
It’s been rumoured for a while that Charlie Cox is going to be returning as Daredevil, aka Matt Murdock. It seems as if those rumours have been confirmed and it was revealed that Charlie Cox had finished filming his scenes for Spider-Man 3.
We were told that Charlie Cox was going to get his own Daredevil series, possibly on Disney Plus or Hulu. It’s now being rumoured that the Daredevil we’re going to get in the MCU isn’t going to be exactly the same version of the character we got in the Netflix Marvel shows.

Here’s what Daniel Richtman had to say about this upcoming version of Daredevil in the MCU being very different to the one we saw in the Marvel Netflix show:
Daredevil will be mostly rebooted. Same actor and character, but some parts of his show, and the other Netflix shows will be ignored. Only stuff they will ignore is everything related to the Defenders. Kingpin’s history with Daredevil will remain.
