Netflix has revealed that Lupin Part 2’s release date will be in this summer, which is great because it means we won’t have to wait too long until we get to see it. Lupin Part 1 has been hugely popular on Netflix. It’s already been revealed that the first season of Lupin has been watched by over 70 million households.
That means that this French show is now one of the most-watched shows on Netflix of all time. It’s actually the third most successful show on Netflix, after Bridgerton Season 1 and The Witcher Season 1.
It’s been a really good year for French content on Netflix, and Lupin’s been the most successful show not in the English language on Netflix of all time. Another French show which has been performing well on Netflix has been Call My Agent.

Here’s what Netflix had to say about Lupin Part 2:
The series, a worldwide phenomenon, led by Omar Sy, which has been Number 1 in Netflix’s Top 10 across more than ten countries, will return in Summer 2021. The 5 new episodes are directed by Ludovic Bernard (The Climb) and Hugo Gélin (Love at second sight).
I, for one, cannot wait to see Lupin Part 2. The first part ended on a bit of a cliffhanger, and we cannot wait to see what happens to Assane Diop and his family. It’s going to be a bumpy ride, and hopefully full of other incredible heists.
