Lucifer Season 6 Release Date: When Will New Episodes Air?

Lucifer has proven to be one of Netflix’s biggest hits, and they revealed a while back Lucifer Season 6 was happening, which was great news!

However, since then we haven’t heard all that much about Season 6 vis à vis a release date on Netflix.

Lucifer Season 5 Part 2 just released on Netflix and it’s already doing incredible numbers worldwide on the streaming service.

As it stands, Lucifer Season 5 Part 2 is sitting in first place on Netflix’s Top Ten TV shows list.

It’s number one in most countries around the world and fans just cannot get enough of Lucifer.

Lucifer Season 5 Part 2 is actually number one in every country in which Netflix is available apart from Argentina, Germany, Norway, Austria, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and Taiwan.

Given how many countries Netflix is available in, that’s a huge achievement for the show.

But, before we get into potential release dates for Netflix’s Lucifer season 6, let’s see what the show’s all about.

Now, I know this might seem strange because I’m sure that many of you will know what the show’s all about already.

However, there might be some rather odd people reading this article who’ve never watched a single episode of the show.

I know! These are very strange people.

So, here’s the official plot synopsis of Lucifer Season 5 Part 2 which comes straight from Netflix:

In Part B of the stunning fifth season of Lucifer, God himself comes to Earth. Secrets will be revealed, heroic sacrifices will be made, and the world will never be the same.

So, let’s get into the meat of this article, and that’s when could Lucifer Season 6 be released on Netflix.

I have contacted representatives over at Netflix for an answer on this.

However, they have not contacted me back yet.

I will update this article should they get back to me with some sort of response.

But, given the fact that we already know that Lucifer Season 6 has been in production for some time, we can come up with what could be a pretty accurate guess on when it could be released on Netflix.

The show officially wrapped back in March – March 29th to be exact.

So, with this in mind, I would expect to see Lucifer Season 6 be released towards the beginning of 2022.

If I were to put a date on it, I would say that Lucifer Season 6 should be released in February 2022.

What about what’s to come after Lucifer Season 6?

Is there going to be anything made after Lucifer Season 6?

Honestly, I’m not sure. Officially, Season 6 is the last season of the show.

However, given the fact that Lucifer was supposed to end twice already and is still going on today, you can never really predict what’s going to happen with the series.

That said, I’m pretty sure this will be it as far as Lucifer’s concerned.

It’ll go out on a high, which is great!
