Tom Hiddleston’s been playing Loki for what seems like ages, yet it seems like his days in the role might be numbered.
We already know that he will be playing the role in the upcoming Disney Plus Loki TV series, and that’s something I cannot wait to see.
However, there are now rumours hitting the web that this Disney Plus series might be the last time we get to see him play the role.
These rumours come We Got This Covered’s source, so as I always say, take this with a slight pinch of salt.
According to their sources, Hiddleston’s version of the character could be replaced in the Disney Plus Loki series by a ‘Kid Loki’.
This means that they would be replacing our ‘old’ Loki with a younger version of the character.
In all honesty, I really hope they don’t do this. If they’re going to get rid of Loki, I think they should just do it.
Should they replace Tom Hiddleston with a ‘Kid Loki’?
We don’t need a younger version of the character. There’s nothing interesting in that.
If Tom Hiddleston can’t play Loki anymore, then I really don’t think anyone can.
Hiddleston’s made the character his own, and I highly doubt that any other actor, especially someone younger, could do the role justice.
Loki’s become one of Marvel Studios’ very best and most intriguing characters, and it would be sad to say goodbye to him.
However, he’s been playing the role for so long that it might be about time for him to say goodbye to the Marvel Comics character.
What do you make of this news? Would you like to see a younger version of Loki – a ‘Kid Loki’ – or would you rather just see Tom Hiddleston get to say goodbye to the role?

I don’t think anyone else can be Loki now – Tom made the part his own a long time ago, and personally I wouldn’t want to see Kid Loki or female Loki. For me, it’s Tom or no-one
