Krysten Ritter’s new haircut has sparked speculation among fans that she could soon reprise her role as Jessica Jones.
In a post on Melanie Jacobs’s Instagram (via PunkBeast), the actress is seen with a purple tint in her hair.

This has renewed speculation that Ritter’s Jessica Jones could soon make her MCU debut.

If you look closely at the photo, Ritter also appears to be wearing Jones’s signature leather jacket.
The comments section of the post attracted excitement, with one user joyfully exclaiming that: “JESSICA JONES IS BACK”,
Fans of Netflix’s Marvel shows have been appealing for the characters to join the MCU ever since the rights reverted back to Marvel.
With the appearances of Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock in No Way Home, and Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin in Hawkeye, it demonstrates that Marvel recognised the perfect casting of the Netflix shows.
Across three seasons, Ritter proved she was the perfect fit for the role of Jessica Jones.
While nothing is officially confirmed as of right now, it all points to the likelihood of a return for Ritter’s Jessica Jones.
We’ll be keeping our fingers crossed that Ritter will make her MCU debut in the not too distant future.
