There’s a new featurette for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and it promises us more dinosaurs than we’ve ever seen before on-screen. Check it out here.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom looks all set to blow our socks off, literally. Colin Trevorrow’s last movie successfully brought us back to the Jurassic Park universe and was arguably the best Jurassic Park movie since Steven Spielberg’s original Jurassic Park. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard both return in their lead roles and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is being directed by J. A. Bayona who has yet to make a bad movie. I really mean that. Go check out A Monster Calls, The Orphanage and The Impossible.
We’ve now got a new featurette for the movie which is packed full of good stuff. The director of the previous movie, Colin Trevorrow, promises us that this film will see we dinosaur lovers wildest dreams come true. The featurette goes on to ensure us that Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will feature more dinosaurs than ever before. They also discuss Bayona’s ability to play with tension and create a genuinely scary movie in Fallen Kingdom. Check out the featurette in all its dinosaur-y goodness above.
There’s something very special about the Jurassic Park franchise. Spielberg was a master at this sort of thing yet he never really managed to recapture the wow factor of his first movie. It looks like Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom may end up being the Jurassic Park sequel that Spielberg was never quite able to deliver. Incidentally, Fallen Kingdom will see the return of Jeff Goldblum’s Dr. Ian Malcolm and we get to see him in character in this featurette and say a few lines. It’s safe to say that he’s obviously recaptured the persona of Ian Malcolm.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom also stars BD Wong as Dr. Henry Wu, James Cromwell as Benjamin Lockwood, Justice Smith and Toby Jones (Toby Jones is always worth watching). It’ll come to UK cinemas on June 8th, 2018. Are you ready for this one? Let us know in the comments below.
