Johnny Depp is reportedly very interested in playing Gomez Addams in Time Burton’s upcoming The Addams Family TV show. This news comes Daniel Richtman’s Patreon page.
This is something that we reported on a while back. Johnny Depp is the actor that Tim Burton really wants to play Gomez Addams in his upcoming The Addams Family TV show. It’s also being reported that Netflix is interested in picking up the show.
However, that hasn’t been confirmed yet, and we’re now hearing that Johnny Depp is very, very interested in playing Gomez Addams, and that makes sense to me. It’s because he’s perfect for the role, and would make an excellent Gomez Addams.

There isn’t much news on what’s actually going on with the show. What we do know is that Tim Burton is working on the show. He’s currently writing it, and it looks like he’ll also be directing the show, which is pretty awesome if you ask me.
Tim Burton is perfect for The Addams Family and I’m just amazed he hadn’t taken it upon himself to adapt it sooner. I also love the fact that this is going to be a TV show. It’s the perfect medium for the story.
