It’s been revealed that both Henry Cavill and Millie Bobby Brown are returning to star in Enola Holmes 2 on Netflix.
This was something that was being rumoured for quite some time.
However, we finally have confirmation that both Cavill and Brown will be returning to play their respective roles in the Enola Holmes sequel.
So, this means that we will get to see Henry Cavill play Sherlock Holmes again in Enola Holmes 2.
This news was revealed by Netflix Film’s Twitter account.

This, to me, is great news because I actually thought he was the best thing about the first movie.
The first film wasn’t brilliant, but I really liked both Cavill and Brown’s performances in the film.
The issue I had was with the film’s lackluster plot and its rather poor script.
I also felt that some of its set pieces felt a bit rushed and poorly executed.

However, what I did like were the characters and Cavill’s rather unique take on Sherlock Holmes.
He was a long way from the likes of Benedict Cumberbatch in that movie, and I think that’s a good thing.
I think we actually needed to see a different version of Sherlock – an almost more human version.
Hopefully, Cavill and Brown will get to have more screen time together in this upcoming sequel.
Their scenes together were the movie’s best moments, and I think this Enola Holmes franchise needs more of Enola and Sherlock working together.
