Henry Cavill has been in the news a lot recently, and it seems as though it’s not going to stop anytime soon, as the actor’s next huge project has been revealed.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cavill will be starring in and producing a Warhammer 40,000 series for Prime Video!
This will be a huge coup for the actor since he’s been a massive Warhammer fan for years and loves to talk to anyone who’ll listen about Warhammer.
This all comes after it was reveled by James Gunn, the new co-CEO of DC Studios, that Cavill will no longer be playing the Man Of Steel in the DC Universe.
This news was met with sadness and a pretty big helping of anger. Fans of the DC Extended Universe were really hoping to see Cavill return to the role.

I was over the moon, and I think most DC fans were also. Cavill is a great Superman, and it was then revealed that a Man Of Steel sequel was in development.
Warner Bros was accepting pitches from writers and directors. We then heard that Peaky Blinders creator, Steven Knight, had his treatment for a Man Of Steel sequel rejected.
We also heard reports that The Flash director, Andy Muschietti, was really interested in directing the movie.

Well, that’s all come to an end after Gunn revealed that he’s writing the next Superman movie, and it’ll focus on a younger version of the character.
Gunn added that we’d get to see more of Clark Kent, the reporter, in his movie. He also added that it wouldn’t be an origins story, which is good news.
As far as this Warhammer 40,000 series is concerned, it’s been revealed that Amazon is currently in final talks for the rights to the game, produced by Games Workshop, after months of negotiations and fending off rival companies that also sought the rights.
It’s also been revealed that Cavill will be an executive producer on this new series. No writers or showrunners are attached.
However, Vertigo Entertainment is attached to also executive produce. So, we’re going to have to wait and see how this all ends up going for Cavill. It does seem as though he’s lost quite a lot of work recently.

It was also revealed that Cavill would no longer be playing Geralt Of Rivia in Netflix’s The Witcher series after Season 3. He’s going to be replaced by Liam Hemsworth.
I suppose there are a lot of people out there who are hoping that the fact that Cavill is no longer playing Superman and The Witcher will mean that he now has time to play James Bond.
The question is, are Bond’s producers looking at the actor for 007? I’m not so sure, especially after the reports that Aaron Taylor-Johnson really impressed Barbara Brocolli and Michael G. Wilson in a recent ‘secret audition’ for the role in the UK.
We’re going to have to wait and see what happens!

All I know about Warhammer is Henry adores it. I will Check it out. The way DC Used him & Threw him away is Disgusting. He deserves so much better.
