Harrison Ford has paid a very touching tribute to his Indiana Jones And The Last Crusade co-star, Sir Sean Connery after his passing. Connery died last weekend at the age of 90 years old.
He’s played many roles over the years, however, he’ll be most famous for having played James Bond. Connery was Bond. That said, he was also brilliant in other movies.
One of those movies was Indiana Jones And The Last Crusade in which he played Harrison Ford’s Indiana Jones’ dad. They were the perfect on-screen father and son combination, despite the fact that they’re not too far apart in age.
Ford delivered his touch tribute to Sean Connery during an interview with Variety. You can read what he had to say below.

He was my father…not in life…but in ‘Indy 3’. You don’t know pleasure until someone pays you to take Sean Connery for a ride in the side car of a Russian motorcycle bouncing along a bumpy, twisty mountain trail and getting to watch him squirm. God, we had fun — if he’s in heaven, I hope they have golf courses. Rest in peace, dear friend.
Rest in peace, Sir Sean Connery. You will never be forgotten, and thank you for all your incredible work on the big screen.
