It’s being reported that HBO Max’s upcoming Green Lantern series will feature Hal Jordan in some capacity, which is great news.
This report comes to us from Mikey Sutton over at Geekosity.
It was revealed that the show will focus on the following Green Lantern characters: Simon Baz, Guy Gardner, Jessica Cruz, Kilowog, and Alan Scott.
Sinestro will also appear in the upcoming HBO Max Green Lantern series.
One name that interestingly enough was not mentioned was Hal Jordan.
However, this does not mean that the character will not be in the show.
It’s now being revealed that he will actually turn up in the Greg Berlanti-produced Green Lantern show, which I’m sure many people will be very happy to hear.

Here’s what Mikey Sutton had to say about Hal Jordan being in the HBO Max Green Lantern series:
Sources revealed that Hal Jordan is a character they will lead up to. After all, Sinestro is Jordan’s arch-enemy; it’s like having a DC superhero movie with the Joker but minus Batman. John Stewart is being seriously developed for the DCEU so that might be why he’s unlisted.
So, it sounds like the series might introduce Hal Jordan in some capacity for the character to them be developed into a DC Comics movie at some point in the future.
