I am so much looking forward to watching Godzilla Vs Kong, and it’s now been revealed that Warner Bros. has delayed its release by a week. This was revealed by Variety.
The first trailer for Godzilla Vs Kong was released last week and it was bloody brilliant. I really wasn’t expecting to be looking forward to this movie, but after watching the trailer, I really am.
It does look like Godzilla Vs Kong will be much better than the previous Godzilla movie, Godzilla: The King Of The Monsters, which was pretty bad. The movie was brought forward by Warner Bros. Pictures and will be released on HBO Max in the United States.
It was set to be released on March 26th, 2021. The movie was initially scheduled for release on May 21st, but they opted to bring the movie forward. However, the film’s now been delayed by another week, which means its new release date is March 31st on HBO Max.

However, the film will still launch internationally, where HBO Max is not available, ahead of North America on March 26th as expected. Warner Bros. Pictures also announced that James Wan’s horror movie Malignant will be released on September 10th.
This all comes after it was released that the James Bond sequel No Time To Die was delayed by MGM Studios from April 2nd to October 8th, 2021. Sony Pictures’ Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway, which had also been set for an April 2nd released, was delayed to June.
