A few days left to SnyderCon, and for those lucky enough to buy tickets, they might just see Gal Gadot in person on April 30th at Universal Citywalk. Interestingly, it will also be the Wonder Woman actress’ birthday which makes the possibility even more meaningful.
Officially, Zack Snyder is calling it his Full Circle event. SnyderVerse fans are now referred to it as SnyderCon. Full Circle will happen this April 28-30. Specific activities are as follows:
- The first day is Friday, April 28th, with a 5pm screening of Man of Steel
- The second day is Saturday, Saturday, April 29th, with a 3pm screening of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Ultimate Edition
- The third day is Sunday, April 30th, with a 1pm screening of Zack Snyder’s Justice League
- All screenings will be followed by a question and answer segment with director Zack Snyder and special guests. Each Q&A will also be live-streamed.
Many see this event as his way of bringing closure to his vision of the DC characters. Those who have loved his movies, particularly the fans who became instrumental in getting Zack Snyder’s Justice League to see the light of day on HBO, believe it to be a time to look back and value what the era has achieved. There are those who still hope to see the Snyderverse continue in one form or another.
The main purpose of the event is to support the programs of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). The foundation which Snyder deemed to match his advocacy after what he had gone through when he lost his daughter Autumn to suicide back in 2017.
In the hopes that no other family will be subjected to the same life-shattering loss, Snyder has made it his personal endeavour to assist AFSP the best way he can.
Apart from showing support for Snyder’s outreach program, fans are hoping that some celebrities who have worked with the filmmaker might appear and occupy a seat at the Q&A panel after the screenings. Recent rumours suggest that this hope may just really bear wonderful fruit.
Gal Gadot Might Spend Birthday During SnyderCon

According to Geekosity, Gadot could very well spend her birthday among Snyderverse fans with the filmmaker. Rumours also say that the actress could likely be a special guest up to the Q&A portion of the event.
This bit of development for the upcoming convention takes anticipation a notch higher for Snyderverse fans. Without a doubt, supporters of the convention trooped by the hordes online as soon as tickets were available. Tickets got sold out for all three days within minutes which not only delivered an overwhelming surprise to Zack Snyder but also demonstrated the strength of the fandom.
Zack Snyder casting Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman was one of the most well-received decisions across the fandom. Prior to appearing as Diana Prince, there were fans who couldn’t picture her as the Amazon Princess as she had just finished her stint in the Fast and Furious franchise as Gisele. The moment she appeared on screen as Wonder Woman, no one dared question it henceforth.
The actress won the hearts of the fandom as Diana, putting her on the level of ‘worthiness’ as the original Wonder Woman, Lynda Carter. Carter later gave her own seal approval as she appeared as Asteria in Gadot’s Wonder Woman 1984 sequel.

However, the sequel did not fare as well as Gadot’s first solo superhero movie Wonder Woman in 2017. The first movie was still under the vision of Zack Snyder but with Patty Jenkins at the helm. IMDb reflects a high 7.4/10 rating, while Rotten Tomatoes shows an impressive 93% Certified Fresh rating in the Tomatometer with an 83% audience score.
To date, it is also important to note that while new DC Studios co-CEOs James Gunn and Peter Safran cancelled the third movie of Wonder Woman, it was the script that Jenkins presented that was not approved. Gal Gadot being DC’s Wonder Woman, is still undisputed as she also still appeared in the latest DC Studios movie Shazam! Fury of the Gods.
Gadot’s appearance in the movie was said to have had the intention of pulling ticket sales up but to no use. Social media activities indicate that the Shazam! The sequel suffered the blows of being a movie with a dead-end as Gunn and Safran are, in fact, building a new DCU starting with Chapter 1: Gods and Monsters.
Without confirmation from Snyder, Gadot’s presence in the Full Circle on her birthday is still pure speculation. But if this were true, it would be such a great treat for all those in attendance. Who knows? There might actually be two other celebrities who may appear to complete Zack Snyder’s DC Trinity.
