Netflix has released first look images of Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia in The Witcher Season 2 and he looks pretty darn cool.
Now, I will admit that I wasn’t the world’s biggest fan of The Witcher Season 1.
That said, I really did love Henry Cavill in it.
I thought he was perfect as Geralt of Rivia in the first season.
All I really wanted was more scenes with him in them and fewer confusion plotlines.
Netflix and the show’s creator, Lauren S. Hissrich, did reveal that Season 2 would be less confusing than the first season was.
That’s very good news as far as I’m concerned.
Anyway, you can have a look at the image of Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia in The Witcher Season 2 below.

Netflix actually released two images of Cavill’s Geralt and he looks rather dishevelled in both of them.
However, he still has the same stoic look he had in much of the first season.
His Geralt of Rivia is someone who won’t be messed with, and he’ll let you know it.
If anything, it looks like Henry might be even bigger for the second season than he was in the first.
Honestly, I really do believe that Cavill was perfect casting for this show.
Hopefully, he’ll have a lot more to do in Season 2.
