Our first look at Timothée Chalamet as Paul Atreides in Denis Villeneuve’s upcoming Dune remake has been revealed and he looks perfect.
I was very excited when I heard that Timothée Chalamet had been cast as Paul in Villeneuve’s Dune.
He’s literally perfect for the role and this movie is quickly becoming our most anticipated movie of the decade.
First off, Villeneuve has made nothing but excellent movies and secondly, he’s the perfect man for the job.
The Frank Herbert novel has been made for the silver screen before, back in 1984 when David Lynch took it on.
However, many people feel that movie didn’t do the book justice and they’re hoping Villeneuve’s movie might.

We’ve now been given our first look at Chalamet as Paul in Dune and he looks so good.
When it was announced the Call Me By Your Name actor had been cast as Paul, I couldn’t think of better casting.
This first look image of him as Paul merely reinforces my belief that Chalamet was born to play this role.
The first look was revealed via Vanity Fair and I also love the moody feel of the picture.
Hopefully, this is the tone the movie will strike and I just can’t wait to see the final product.
