It’s been revealed that #FireGinaCarano is trending on Twitter yet again after Gina Carano, the actress from The Mandalorian, showed support for the recent riots. This hashtag has been trending on and off for quite some time now, and it seems as though there is a contingency of Star Wars fans that really want her gone.
Now, before we get into whether Gina Carano should be fired or not, let’s have a look at what she actually did. She didn’t actually write anything in support of the rioters at the US Capitol in Washington D.C.. However, what she did do was like several tweets from protestors, and people found that out and ended up getting the hashtag #FireGinaCarano trending on Twitter.
This has been going on for months now. People really don’t like Gina’s politics and the fact that she tends to be very vocal about them. I don’t think anyone should be fired for that sort of thing. However, I also cannot condone her liking protestors tweets, especially since people died at the Capitol and those scenes were just atrocious.
This ended up getting worse for Gina after Disney’s CEO, Bob Chapek released a statement on those protests and people started to point out that one of their employees was liking these protestors’ tweets.

Honestly, I’m not sure what Disney should do in this case. I think that Gina Carano is perfect as Cara Dune and there have been many people in The Mandalorian’s cast that have come out and supported the actress.

the liberal left is Now the most dangerous idiots in this country. It’s truly scary when facism starts on the left (most likely it always does) a because it’s insidious (Palps would be proud) unlike the overt acts of the right. But eventually tyranny reigns with thunderous applause. When the right punches the left in the face all I will be able to do is laugh cause the left did it to themselves.
