Marvel’s Fantastic Four could already have been revealed by a Hollywood insider. The question is, is this true or not? Casting news about Marvel’s first family has been buzzing crazy for the past few months. With Adam Driver being cast as Reed Richards. It was reported that Dev Patel, Penn Badgley and Joseph Quinn were being considered for the same role too.
Vanessa Kirby, Mila Kunis, Margot Robbie, Emma Stone and Jodie Comer have been in the discussion for the Sue Storm role. Stone has reportedly turned down the role. Kunis, on the other hand, was reportedly not offered the role but said that she does know who the ones in the running are.
Rudy Pankow, Dacre Montgomery, and Paul Mescal were all talked about as being in the running to play Johnny Storm in the movie. And recently, we heard that Daveed Diggs was offered the role of Ben Grimm. Interestingly enough, there was even talk that Kunis could play a gender-swapped version of The Thing. Also, we reported that Antonio Banderas was in talks to play Galactus.
But with no official announcement, there is a lot of room for speculation.

In a Twitter post by MyTimeToShineH or MyTimeToShineHello, he placed images of Adam Driver, Margot Robbie, Paul Mescal, and Daveed Diggs and added the hashtag Fantastic Four in the caption.

Of course, many could say that this is just speculation and there is no truth to it. There are a lot of people who can hope and dream of who the actors and actresses to play the iconic roles will be. How is this any different? Note that the Twitter post was made by MyTimeToShine, which actually bears a bit of weight.
She (I think this scooper’s a woman) is known for posting a lot of DC, Marvel and other pop culture stuff. She also seems to be a very reliable Hollywood insider, especially when it comes to comic book-related films. But we have to take note that insiders don’t always get them right. So, in other words, we have to take MyTimeToShine’s posts with a grain of salt.
Okay, if this leak is accurate, Adam Driver, Paul Mescal and Daveed Diggs weren’t much of a surprise.
We’ve been hearing a lot about Driver taking the role. He is well-known for having played Kylo Ren in the Star Wars franchise. He recently starred in the science fiction thriller 65, which didn’t perform very well at the box office.
Paul Mescal is a rising star as he is set to lead in Ridley Scott’s Gladiator sequel. He came to prominence for having been in the hugely popular series, Normal People. Daveed Diggs has been steadily showing off his impressive acting skills as he starred in Netflix’s Snowpiercer, and more recently, he played Sebastian in Disney’s The Little Mermaid.
The casting that surprised me is Margot Robbie because she is a high-profile star these days. She’s been producing and starring in her own movies, and she has been a popular hit starring as DC’s Harley Quinn. She will also be starring in Barbie, which will be based on the popular Mattel toy line.
Robbie would be taking the most important role in the Fantastic Four if it’s true. Basically, she is the glue that holds the team together.

While the leaked casting news may not be confirmed, it suggests that the casting process for the Fantastic Four is moving forward. It’s important to note that the post’s authenticity is still uncertain, and we should await official announcements or seek confirmation from reliable sources.
Recently, there have been indications that Antonio Banderas might be involved in some capacity with the Fantastic Four project. While it hasn’t been officially confirmed that he’s working on a Marvel film, it appears that he is involved in some project that requires some effects. That makes us very curious indeed.

Initially, there was speculation that John Krasinski would continue in the role of Mister Fantastic, but he has stated that his involvement was a one-time occurrence, and his future with the MCU remains unknown. There was also anticipation that his wife, Emily Blunt, would portray Sue Storm, which seemed like a perfect fit. However, reports suggest that Blunt is not interested in long-running franchises, and Krasinski is currently focused on his career as a director, writer, and producer in the film industry.
The release date for Fantastic Four is set for February 14th, 2025, indicating that progress will commence in the near future. Considering that Deadpool 3 is already in production, it is expected that Fantastic Four will follow suit and begin production in a matter of months.
