Fans are currently taking to Twitter to demand that Bryce Dallas Howard get to direct a Star Wars movie, and we think it’s a pretty good idea!
This came after The Book Of Boba Fett Episode 5 landed on Disney Plus.
Bryce Dallas Howard directed this episode of the new Star Wars show, and it was bloody brilliant!
It was easily the best episode of the show so far.
Howard has also directed a few episodes of The Mandalorian and has shown time and time again that she understands Star Wars better than anyone.

I’d be thrilled if they gave Bryce Dallas Howard the next Star Wars movie. She’s currently running circles around everyone else.

Should Bryce Dallas Howard get to direct a Star Wars movie?

Honestly, I would love to see what Bryce Dallas Howard would do with a Star Wars movie.
As you can see from the tweets above, a lot of people are calling for Howard to get her own Star Wars trilogy.
That would also be pretty interesting, and it’s something that Lucasfilm should probably think about.
It seems as though Star Wars fans are more interested in seeing a Star Wars trilogy from Howard rather than Rian Johnson.
It does seem as though Johnson’s Star Wars trilogy is still in the works.
However, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Lucasfilm call that particular trilogy off.
That said, I personally would still love to see what Johnson can do with a whole Star Wars trilogy.
