It’s been revealed that Ezra Miller’s The Flash film’s release date has been pushed forward by a whole week, which I believe is very good news. This news comes to us via The Hollywood Reporter. The DC Studios movie is now going to be released on June 16th, 2023. The film had previously been scheduled to open on June 23rd, 2023.
Honestly, The Flash is my most anticipated movie of 2023. I’ve heard nothing but good things about this film, and it sounds like the bosses over at Warner Bros Discovery really believe in the film and think that it’s going to wow a lot of cinemagoers. This is the main reason why they have opted not to cancel the movie, despite all the controversies surrounding the film’s star, Ezra Miller.

Moreover, the fact that the movie has been pushed forward a week means it will have more time in cinemas before another hotly anticipated movie of 2023 is released: Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny. That film is slated to be released in cinemas in the United States on June 30th.
There was also a new logo for the upcoming DC Studios movie released. This was shared across all of the movie’s social media accounts, and I think it looks pretty darn cool! We also got to see new promo images from the movie that were released this weekend at CCXP in Brazil.

It does seem as though this is the DC Comics movie that might end up changing things for the better in the DC Universe. There have been so many rumours about what will happen in this film, and it does sound like some very big things are going to take place. We already know that the movie will introduce the Multiverse into the DCU, which could be vital for James Gunn and Peter Safran’s plans for DC Studios.
