It’s being teased by none other than Vin Diesel that Eva Mendes could be returning to the Fast And Furious franchise in the not-so-distant future.
He teased this during an interview with Entertainment Weekly, and people are now getting very excited for Mendes’ potential return to the franchise.
This franchise has just gone from strength to strength over the years.
However, Mendes was one of the cast members of the second Fast And Furious movie.
She was in 2 Fast 2 Furious, which wasn’t a brilliant movie to be honest.
However, her character and appearance caused a bit of a slash with the Fast And Furious fans.
She played undercover U.S. Customs agent Monica Fuentes.
Fuentes only appeared in Fast Five after that in an un-credited cameo.
However, it looks like her character might be coming back, if Vin’s words are anything to go on.

Here’s what Vin Diesel had to say on Mendes’ potential return to the franchise:
We’ll just wait for 10. Let’s just say, the fact that you guys know that the studio is saying, ‘We can’t cover all this ground that needs to be covered in just one movie’. You can only imagine what is to come.
It sounds like the wheels might already be in motion on this one.
Mendes hasn’t acted in anything since 2014, which was her final film role.
She retired from acting to focus on raising her children with her husband Ryan Gosling.
However, I’m pretty sure Vin Diesel could convince her to return to play Monica Fuentes again.
