Emilia Clarke has been talking about her upcoming MCU project, which is Secret Invasion, and she’s revealed that she would love to spend a decade within the MCU.
She revealed this during her recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
During the interview, she asked her whether she’d be interested in playing her Marvel character “for nearly a decade”.
That would be the amount of time she played Daenerys Targaryen for eight seasons on HBO.
Clarke said she would love to because she’s heard a lot of good things about working with Marvel from her friends and colleagues.

Here’s what Emilia Clarke told The Hollywood Reporter about her role in the upcoming Secret Invasion series on Disney Plus:
I mean, I should be so lucky is what I’ll say to that. Everyone I know and everyone I’ve spoken to who is a part of the Marvel universe — and actors talk! Everyone has only the highest praise to offer. There’s a reason why actors stay in it. They’re so loved because they’re having loads of fun. So I’m down for that.
It’ll be interesting to see which character Clarke will end up playing in Secret Invasion.
A number of people have suggested that she’s going to be playing a Skrull.
That would be pretty interesting.
