It’s being reported that Eiza González is now in talks to play Hawkgirl in the upcoming Shazam 2 movie, which is going to be called Shazam: Fury Of The Gods.
Eiza González’s star is really rising at the moment, and I don’t think it’s going to slow down for her any time soon.
She most recently appeared in Netflix’s I Care A Lot, in which she was brilliant.
However, most people might know her from other movies such as Baby Driver, Alita: Battle Angel and Bloodshot.
She’s going to be in Godzilla Vs. Kong and she was also in the From Dusk Till Dawn series.
It looks like she’s now going to be turning up in the DCEU as Hawkgirl in Shazam 2, which would be brilliant casting if you ask me.

I got this information from Fan Circle Entertainment over on Instagram.
However, they were reporting on a story from Deux Moi, which is a private Instagram page, and they’re claiming that Eiza González is Warner Bros. Pictures’ choice for the role.
If she does get the role, I really do think it would be excellent casting, and I would be excited to see Hawkgirl be introduced in Shazam: Fury Of The Gods.
It sounds like this upcoming Shazam movie is going to be pretty intense and bring Gods into the DCEU, officially.
