Doctor Strange Into The Multiverse is gearing up to be a rather interesting movie as far as the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is concerned, and it’s looking like it’ll feature Deadpool.
There have already been some rumours suggesting that the Doctor Strange sequel could feature the return of Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine and it all has to do with the Multiverse.
This upcoming movie would be the Multiverse’s introduction to the MCU and it might also solve many of the problems brought up by Disney’s recent acquisition of 20th Century Fox.
The good news is that we’re going to get to see the likes of Wolverine, Deadpool, the X-Men and The Fantastic Four in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The bad news is that we might not get to see Hugh Jackman’s version of Wolverine return, but we kind of knew that already anyway.
That might not be the case with Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool, and there are rumours now that he might turn up in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and possibly in a post-credits scene.
Will Deadpool make an appearance in Doctor Strange’s sequel?

This rumour comes from We Got This Covered’s sources, who claim that Reynolds’ Deadpool will appear in Doctor Strange Into The Multiverse Of Madness’ post-credits scene.
That would be a really good and simple way to bring his version of Deadpool into the MCU, and I do believe it’s the way forward.
We Got This Covered’s sources do claim that there could end up being two versions of Deadpool, which I’m not so sure about.
I quite like the idea of just having the one Deadpool and he might be aware of having been in a previous universe.
It would certainly offer the opportunity of him coming up with some very meta jokes about the Fox and Disney merger, which I would really like to see.
What do you think? Do you like the idea of seeing Deadpool in the MCU and appearing in Doctor Strange Into The Multiverse of Madness’ post-credits scene?
