Disney And Sony Reportedly Working On New Spider-Man Deal That’ll Please Fans

It’s being reported that Disney and Sony Pictures are working on a new deal with the Spider-Man film property that should get Spider-Man very happy.

This news comes from a pretty well-know ‘scoopster’ on Twitter called Roger Wardell.

His track record has been a bit spotty over the years, but he does often get good intel.

He’s now taken to Twitter to reveal that Disney and Sony Pictures might be working on a new Spider-Man deal together.

You might remember that Sony and Disney almost failed to renegotiate the Spider-Man movie franchise contract last year.

That would have meant Tom Holland’s Spider-Man might not have been able to star in the MCU movies.

Thankfully, they worked things out, and they might be looking to make even more Spider-Man movies together.

Sounds like Disney and Sony might be renegotiating that Spider-Man contract

Here’s what Roger Wardell wrote on Twitter about this new Spider-Man deal:

Disney understands the money-making powers of Spider-Man while Sony is aware of being completely unable to compete with the Mouse at the moment. New agreement should please many Marvel fans.

He doesn’t do into any specifics, yet here’s hoping that Disney and Sony do work things out.

I’d love, for instance, to see Miles Morales be brought into the MCU at some point.
