Disney Plus Launches In The UK Today And You Can Get A 7 Days Free Trial

Disney Plus has been launched in the UK today and there’s a way you can get a 7 days free trial which is the perfect way to spend your time in quarantine.

Disney Plus would normally set you back £5.99 a month or £59.99 a year.

This makes it one of the cheapest – if not the cheapest – streaming service in the world.

If you had signed up before today for the year, you would have got a year’s subscription for £49.99.

That’s what I ended up doing because I thought it was just too good a deal to miss out on.

However, there is something for people who didn’t opt for that deal.

Honestly, that’s such a good deal and Disney has received quite a lot of good faith about their pricing.

However, they haven’t done what companies like Amazon has done.

Amazon offered people in Italy a month of Amazon Prime completely free, which includes Amazo Prime Video.

That means people in the hardest-hit areas with Coronavirus can now watch all the great content on Amazon Prime Video for free, which is nice.

As for Disney Plus, the cost is still pretty low and affordable, which means people can watch all the great Disney content on their platform.

That said, they’ve opted to release their new shows like The Mandalorian on a weekly basis even though literally everyone outside of Europe has already seen the whole first season.

That doesn’t make much sense to me, and many other people questioned Disney’s decision to adopt this strange release strategy.

When you sign up to Disney Plus you automatically get a seven days free trial with the new streaming service here in the UK.

Moreover, you don’t need to do anything else other than register an email address on the official Disney Plus site.

What do you make of this?
